Philippine Consulate encourages all applicants to email application for appointment because there are no walk-ins & cannot be accommodated because of huge number of applicants. No application is accepted yet until November 19 or after. Application must be emailed for appointment on / after November 19. Former Filipino Resident

Please be advised that US Naturalized Citizen (former Filipino citizen) that are not Dual are allowed entry to the Philippines effective Dec 7, 2020 provided, they present
ANY: Of the following document to show proof of being Former Filipino or Balikbayan. This is in addition to valid US passport.

1: Copy of previously issued or expired Philippine Passport
​
2: Copy of Birth Certificate (authentic or scanned copy issued by NSO/PSA or Municipal Hall)
​
3: Previous Immigration Arrival Stamp with Balikbayan (BB/RA6768) status. Have attached sample Balikbayan Stamps in US Passport.

Please help disseminate to our Passengers who are US Naturalized citizen but are not DUAL that they can go home for the Holiday.
There are plenty of seats available for the remaining flights in December to accommodate our Passengers who are longing to come home and spend the Holiday with their loved ones in the Philippines.
